The Batwing is Batman's aircraft and main mode of aerial transportation.

Batman, a trained pilot, uses the Batwing when it's necessary to travel longer distances than he could in the Batmobile, to counter airborne threats, or to ambush enemies from above.
The Batwing has a claw that can be used offensively or for rescue operations, as well as missile capability. It's also capable of vertical take-off and landing.
