Black Widow, real name Natalia Romanova, is a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and a member of the Avengers.
History[]
Natalia had once been a deadly operative for the KGB, but had later defected as the Cold War came to an end. She enlisted into S.H.I.E.L.D. and subsequently becoming a member of the Avengers and the love interest of Captain America.
Powers and abilities[]
Black Wido is a world class athlete, Olympic gold medalist-caliber gymnast, acrobat, aerialist capable of multiple complex maneuvers and feats, expert martial artist, marksman and weapons specialist as well as having extensive espionage training. She is an expert tactician and strategist. Prior to her government service, she was also trained as a ballerina.
She was given a Russian version of the Super Soldier Formula that created Captain America which has boostered her physical and mental abilities to peak human limits.
