Elder Vincente was a member of the Nocturnae Council and the head of Finance, and is responsible for ensuring that the global vampire nation's coffers remained filled to the brim, at any costs.
History[]
During a council meeting with the Elder Heads, Vincente was present to learn about the theft of vampire artifacts that were stolen by the Black Cat and the incident involved with Blade and affiliates of Deacon Frost. Vincente and the other Elders were fully informed by Frost of Superman and the Justice League's involvement, in which Vincente voiced his opinion in eliminating the heroes given that they had already interfered in their past operations.
